Hemkunth Associates is a partnership association between Bajaj Khanij Udyog Pvt. Ltd. and Shri Mohan Lal Bajaj. Hemkunth Associates is developing an area of 40,000 Square Ft. into a hotel and a commercial complex. Hotel will cover the ground area of 8,000 Sq Ft with basement parking and four floors having around 55 rooms, lobby, restaurant, banquet hall, conference hall and other allied facilities.
Commercial complex will cover the ground area of 10,000 Sq Ft with basement parking and first and second floor will cover the space of 12,000 Sq Ft each.
